An MBA graduate of ESSEC business school, Jae has a significant track record of 16 years fully spent in brand development, integrated marketing and digital transformation. During his 10 years tenure within Publicis Group and Omnicom Group agencies, he has worked across FMCG and prestige brands for Procter & Gamble, Pernod Ricard and also Singapore Airlines. As he grew in seniority, Jae was later appointed General Manager and Executive Creative Director for Publicis 133 where he was directly responsible for key clients including Accor Hotels, Cartier, L’Oreal Luxe and UBS. His works were also recognized for creativity and marketing effectiveness at global creative awards such as Cannes Lions, CLIOs amongst others.
In 2015, Jae joined Richemont Group where he was the Regional Marketing Director for Vacheron Constantin. While there, he oversaw the brand and commercial development in the South East Asia and Australia region. In 2017, Jae joined LVMH in Paris as Head of Digital (Fashion), as part of the LVMH global digital team. In this role, he was responsible for the digital acceleration of fashion and leather goods division with general managements as well as the implementation of special projects.
