Leroy joined Shiseido Asia Pacific in 2018 in the newly created role of Regional Director, Digital Marketing. He is responsible for partnering key senior leaders to succeed in accelerating digital by building digital competency and literacy in the region. In the last 15 months, he has helped launch numerous new marketing websites in the region and pioneered the first of its kind digital attribution framework within the Shiseido group.
Prior to Shiseido, Leroy led the media and digital transformation in BRAND’s Suntory. Before moving over to the brand side, Leroy honed his skills in the media agency world, progressively moved from digital into communications planning and combined his skills from both disciplines for clients in Banking, Travel, FMCGs and Luxury brands.
