She spearheaded the launch of the brand in the Philippines in 2014 and played a large role in growing the company from 29th to 8th place after just a few years. FWD has won multiple marketing and digital awards in the Philippines and across the region. Roche spent working across Southeast Asia in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines managing technology, financial services and lifestyle brands. She is a sought after juror and presenter at international e-commerce, marketing and advertising shows.
