Sanjeev Kapur joined MetLife in May 2017 as Chief Marketing Officer for the Asia region. He is responsible for driving impactful consumer-focused strategies that will accelerate MetLife transformation to a more modern, purposeful and digital company. He will also lead the charge in building and delivering differentiated customer value propositions to drive business growth.
Over his 20+ year career, he has held various roles including P&L management, sales, online distribution, marketing and product management. Prior to joining MetLife, he was the Regional Head of Marketing and Digital sales at Citibank across 17 countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle-East & Africa.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and is a distinguished alumnus from the XLRI – Xavier School of Management in Jamshedpur, India from where he holds an MBA in marketing and finance.
